We see Ballyholme Bay from our window. We decided to walk over and see what is was like on the opposite shore. We walked along the beach surrounding the bay.

Jenny’s son sails at this yacht club. This is looking at “our place” from the beach. We’re in the bottom quarter on the left.

Along the beach there were lots of dogs chasing balls thrown by their obedient owners and children playing in the sand or being walked in their prams. We came to a stone wall which we walked along as the tide was quite high.

There are some farmlands next to the National Trust land.
Returning home we decided to have lunch around the corner from our place at The Jamaica Inn.
